Marvel Comics set the bar with their number one bestselling comic book in December 2015 with Secret Wars # 8, written by Jonathan Hickman and Esad Ribic. The remaining five top ten bestselling comic books for December 2015 include Star Wars # 13, Guardians of Infinity # 1, Darth Vader # 14, Star Wars Annual # 1, and the always popular Darth Vader Annual # 1.
Not making the top ten, but new to comics from Marvel include Daredevil # 1, All-New X-Men # 1, Deadpool # 1, Gwenpool # 1, Totally Awesome Hulk # 1 and Spidey # 1. Marvel Comics also released a new Squadron Supreme # 1 and a Patsy Walker AKA Hellcat # 1 along with several other not to be missed comic books.
DC Comics number one best seller was led by legendary writers Frank Miller, Brian Azzarello, Andy Kubert, and Klaus Janson's with Dark Knight III: The Master Race # 2. Also among the top ten were Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1, Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo's Batman # 47, and Harley's Little Black Book # 1.
New from DC Comics in December 2015, but not making the top ten bestselling comic books include Robin War # 1, Justice League Darkseid War Lex Luther# 1 and Injustice Gods Among Us Year Four Annual # 1.
Image Comics had a couple of hit comic book titles making an appearance in top hundred bestsellers for December 2015 with Saga # 32, Paper Girls # 3, We Stand on Guard # 6, I Hate Fairyland # 3 and the always popular hit comic book and television show The Walking Dead # 149.
Dark Horse Comics gave fans a new Fight Club 2 # 8 and IDW Comics had a new installment of Back To The Future # 3. And not to be out done Oni Press released an all New Invader Zim # 5.
