September 2014 was a unique month for comic books. DC Comics and Marvel Comics had a few tricks up their sleeves surprising comic book fans with lots of exhilarating new comic book stories and some really strange tales.
DC Comic’s weekly series, Futures End, which was set five years into the future of the DC Universe, was in full swing this month when DC released forty Future’s End One-Shots, bringing their entire line into the story and giving fans a glimpse into the futures of all their favorite characters. September 2014 also saw the launch of DC’s third weekly comic book series, Earth 2: Worlds End.
