Shipping Rates and Policies
On average, it takes 10 - 14 days for delivery. *We are currently experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, so pleas allow some extra time.*
Extremely large orders may require additional time for processing.
Shipping cost is calculated at the time of your order.
All orders are subject to a wait time of two business days prior to shipping. This is to allow enough time for your funds to clear with our Credit Card Processor, as per their recommendation.
Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
Priority Mail Flat-Rate orders are by necessity shipped in Envelopes provide by the Postal Service and NOT a protective folder and therefore may arrive with damages we cannot be held accountable for. They are, however, insured (up to $200 depending on the size of the order)
Standard Shipping orders are mailed in protective "t-folders", which protect the contents but come with no insurance.
Slow Mail shipping orders ar also mailed in protective "t-folders." This method costs less, but may take up to a week longer to receive.
Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method.
Residents of the Pocono Mountains and neighboring areas can now choose to purchase on-line and pick up their books at our new store located at 246 Stadden Road in Tannersville, Pa.
Just select "In Store Pick-Up" for your shipping method and we will contact you when your order is ready to arrange your pick-up and supply you with directions to our store.
