Dos Santos isn't feeling very stable.
His life isn't stable, his relationships aren't stable, and even his molecules are unstable.
Before he loses himself entirely to this bizarre new life or heroism and violence, and before his body completely disintegrates and forever becomes a part of "the Stream," Daniel decides to take a break from the hero life and heads to the desert to commune with a ghost.
