The asylum's most famous resident, Cletus "Carnage" Kasady, wreaks havoc in Spider-Man Unlimited (1993) #1 - the first chapter of the epic Maximum Carnage.
And modern masters Dan Slott and Stuart Immonen take things to a whole new level of crazy in Amazing Spider-Man (2015) #798 - where Norman Osborn plus the Carnage symbiote equals...the Red Goblin!
